Overview

This two-day Leading SAFe^® course is based on the 5.1 version of SAFe^®, and provides introduction to the foundations of SAFe^® principles and practices to drive Lean-Agile transformation of the enterprise. The class focuses on the guidance and tools required to lead effectively in the remote environment with distributed teams.

The participants will discover how to develop Business Agility and make SAFe^® work within their organizations. Participants get the understanding on how to improve quality, productivity, employee engagement, and time-to-market, and skills to align the entire organization around the same clear objectives, and how to improve the flow of value and work from strategy to delivery.

The course is designed to explore and adopt the customer-centric mindset and run key SAFe^® alignment and planning events like PI planning. Attending the class prepares individuals to take the exam and become a certified SAFe^® Agilist (SA).
