Overview

This two-day SAFe® 5.0 for Teams course teaches the team to be a high performing member of an Agile Release Train (ART), and learn how to work within an Agile environment using Scrum, Kanban and XP. In this course, teams will learn how to build their backlog, as well as plan and execute iterations for a successful transformation into Agile teams.

After attending this course, participants will gain in-depth knowledge of ART and their role in it. They will be able to find out how to plan, execute and improve along with other teams in the program. This training prepares the teams to effectively participate in Program Increment (PI) planning involving all meetings at the Team and Program level, while specifically focusing on upcoming PI planning. Participants will also learn about the continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps culture, how to effectively integrate with other teams in the program, and what it takes to continuously improve the train.
